bought the "black out" blinds bought the "black out" blinds. they are cheap, flimsy and will not stay in place and they are NOT black out blinds. Cust Serv is trying to tell me how to fix the problem instead of returning my money like I have asked for 3 times. Buyer beware - I do not recommend!!

I never received my products that I… I never received my products that I bought. I have tried getting in touch with customerservice by phone and e-mail, but it is impossible to get an answer. My advice: Do never shop at E Hallmark.
