Cadaume- the Christmas killer. I ordered a pair of Ugg’s and thought I finally found a pair. I did not realize this was a scammer’s paradise. You will get no response from “customer support”. There is no legit phone number to call, and no matter how much you try to cancel your order through email and phone you will never succeed. If it looks to be good to be true, it’s cadeuame. Which I think is another word for scam. I guess I just donated $170.00. I feel like the biggest idiot in the world. Thanks for stealing my paycheck and ruining my daughters Christmas. Worst experience

DO NOT USE CADEAUME! SCAM! This company is a SCAM! I did not do my due diligence and I am now out of $150. They sent a fake FED EX tracking number that is sending the order all over a foreign country. Please DO NOT make the same mistake I did and order from this company!

This is a fraudulent company This is a fraudulent company! I ordered my daughter some uggs and spent $170 and they never shipped them to me. They did however have some fake shipping tracking numbers that you could watch with a package being delivered to an entirely different place. This company should be banned from the internet and charged with fraud!

They are selling fake shoes/sneakers They are selling fake/recreated shoes. Ordered a pair of Jordan 11’s and when they came, I examined them and determined them to be fake. I emailed the company and they CLAIMED they were real. When I pointed out that there was PLASTIC on the bottom that is supposed to be carbon fiber, they retracted and offered me a discount instead of standing their ground on the authenticity of the product. FAKES!!

5 Star Experience After scrambling to find UGG Ultra Minis for my daughter, ordering from Cadeaume, and THEN reading terrible reviews, I was nervous! However, we couldn’t be happier. The tracking was posted to FedEx soon after we purchased them and I also saw the information on the Shop app. I saw they were in Hong Kong and had a 10 to 18 day arrival. However, the shipping was updated regularly, and they arrived as expected. It was about 8 business days, taking into account the holidays. They fit, are new, and are real UGGs. Would use them again!
