I received the jacket and it isn’t what… I received the jacket and it isn’t what I ordered. I need a refund ASAP. I’m clearly not happy or satisfied. Yes, I see the refund Policy and it says exchange only. If I received the jacket and it isn't what you displayed with your false advertisement, then why would I want to exchange? I want my full refund of my money back.

Do not order from this scam company The worst experience dealing with a company in my life. They sell counterfeit products from China and if you return it they WILL NOT refund your money even if the box is unopened. They lied to me about shipping the item back to me until I asked a month later when they said they shipped it. Avoid this scam company or you will regret it.

I placed two orders on March 2nd and… I placed two orders on March 2nd and 3rd today is April 7th and still haven’t received either order. I only received a tracking # after many emails requesting one. Only have one tracking # for 2 orders. Never does it say your order will take over a month to receive. I will never order from this company again
