AUIt's a scam It's a scam. Took over 4 weeks before they actually started their shipping process (but only AFTER l contacted them about no update or tracking information sent to me. Numerous attempts to get answers but the same speech about being apologetic and be patient doesn't cut it when you are hung up to dry. Still haven't received the product but l will get something else that will actually be delivered, but l plan to be a pain and continue to give them a hard time for as long as it takes.

GBNot Trustworthy I previously wrote a review about the company not being trustworthy, in February 2023, and supplied all my informations. They replied they will contact me by email, and they never did for more than 2 months now, neither they refunded the money for the merchandise returned on time and as per their instructions and within their 60 days policy. Order #2219119337. Authorized return 7/27/22. Sent them 3 emails requesting my refund, on 1/11, 1/18 and 2/6/2023, as well as a voice message, with no response either.

NZDo NOT hand money to this company Do NOT hand money to this company. FRAUDULENT! Paid $130 in full 6 March. No product received. 16 weeks!! Every email has generic ‘COVID is delaying deliveries...’ but I ordered a rug from Italy just 10 days ago and long delivered. No personal response. No customer support. Info at infinitikloudofficial dot com does not exist - contact for their NZ operation. FRAUDULENT! Do not hand over money!

AUI purchased 2 InfinitiKloud's I purchased 2 InfinitiKloud's plus a Lifetime guarantee. In October 2019 at a cost of $100.00 AUD. It has never worked on my Android Tablets. The original Software of Google Play store worked fine on my Android phones. 14 Months later with the new and improved software, it now does not work at backing up my phone. Customer support has been giving me the run around for a week. Just Don't buy from InfinitiKloud.

AUNever Received - No Refund Item was ordered and charged on 9 January. I have written many, many times. COVID is a standard excuse. Tracking numbers provided are not recognised by DHL, or alleged ongoing postal provider. It is 18 March - this item is not coming it seems & refund request is ignored. Does this company even exist? Reading other reviews, I question that. Sadly, the money for this was a Christmas gift from my son. Shameful. UPDATE: I have received a response asking me to help the company understand where things went wrong by contacting their 24/7 customer service people. How difficult is it to understand that I paid for an item that I have never received, have been given false tracking information (I doubt that the item has ever been shipped), and that I have been in contact with them countless times over the past 2 1/2 months. What a waste of time. Do Not Order anything from infiniteKloud.
