Placed an order on April 28,2023 Update; I sent a email again and this is what came back; Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address. (Which was the Hollar Store email address, unfortunately this review won’t let me include the email in my review.) Unable to deliver message after multiple retries, giving up. It’s a scam site. Placed an order on April 28,2023. Tracked the order until May 10,2023, when they said it was delivered. It was not delivered, I informed them of that and they just keep replying with the same tracking link. Emails come from someone named Vivian, but never any communication besides that. This is a scam site, they charged my card and never sent the items.

Scam Scam. They sent a receipt of my order and took my money but now the tracking # is fake, the email comes back undeliverable and the phone # is disconnected. I cant believe FB doesnt track this stuff better. The Ad was on FACEBOOK. UGGGG

Beware Hollar store is a fraudulent co Beware everyone this is a fraudulent web site. The store is fraudulent the address is fraudulent . No one one answers your emails . Tracking I’d fraudulent . Read the reviews on u tube . Beware !

Satisfied customer I live in an area of Chicago where there aren't any dollar stores. I found Hollar a few years ago. I started ordering large and small orders because shipping was free with a membership. Last year they discontinued the membership, that's why I rated 4 stars. So now I wait until I need to order enough for free shipping. I love the selection of products and the great value. I've never receive poor quailty. The shipment is always well packed. I've ordered everything from tissues to small appliences.

I have tried to email this company… I have tried to email this company about my order and have not received a response. I purchased seiitems in March 23 and have not received them and when I try to track my order it says the order can not be found. I would so appreciate if someone from the company could help me.
