Bad product Battery explosive within two days of use and cause defect in my remote control. Battery acid were everywhere, need to purchase new remote for fire stick and company want help, only gave 5 dollars store credit when 12.00 dollars was spent and want help purchase another remote.

Avoid explosions..... Hollar junkie is now being extra aware of items that can burst during shipping. Since Hollar's shipping profile is stuff it all in one flimsy box, cleansing powder, shampoo, detergent, baking soda, etc. that have crush-prone side can easily fall victim and cover the contents of box. I have received three damaged shipments, reported one. Was requested emailed photo proof and found this is too much hassle when you just want to toss it. Reeling my Hollar purchases way back, sorry to say. It was fun while it lasted.

So disappointing—fraud!!!! So disappointing. I was emailing them and they seems so nice. TOTAL FRAUD. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! Ripped off 109% and then some. Class action lawsuit should come into play here. They emailed me … when I asked about tracking they said they would issue a 5% credit. Total nonsense. Today the fraudulent “tracker” told me order was in mailbox/courtyard …. Nothing. Then I decided to dig in. Fraud. Total fraud. And they have my address name and credit card. Someone who is lawyer should reach out to all of us and get a suit.

STAY away…total scam This is a total scam, please don't waste your time. STAY AWAY!!!!? I’ve been waiting for monthS and they play a good game with sending you a tracking g number and states its deliver but never is. Then the day we will replace and give you a date never happens. I can’t say it enough to stay away!!!

Satisfied customer I live in an area of Chicago where there aren't any dollar stores. I found Hollar a few years ago. I started ordering large and small orders because shipping was free with a membership. Last year they discontinued the membership, that's why I rated 4 stars. So now I wait until I need to order enough for free shipping. I love the selection of products and the great value. I've never receive poor quailty. The shipment is always well packed. I've ordered everything from tissues to small appliences.
