My experience with Bravado Not sure who to talk to at work about a particular scenario? Want to make sure your not the insane one? Need to practice a pitch? Nail a job interview? Find helpful resources and perspectives? There’s a lot of talk today about having a “third place”. That spot you can go to, embrace like minded individuals, and learn from others experiences. Bravado has provided that for me. Anonymous, servant leaders hoping to encourage and empower others has been my experience. To the negative reviews, I can’t speak on as my experience has been different but if you are looking for support, sales minded professionals who collectively have seen a thing or two, it’s a good spot to connect.

Bravado is a terrible system for… Bravado is a terrible system for applicants, especially for any non-sales specific roles. You MUST enter sales information to continue making a profile, if you are not applying to a sales position and have never done sales you cannot continue with your application, they only show you roles that THEY think you are qualified for, you cannot apply to roles that YOU want to apply to, and they ask for personal information like current salary and sales deals that might fall under NDA. I would give this a 0/5 if possible.

This feels like a pointless website This feels like a pointless website. The War Room or whatever is set up exactly in the same format as Reddit with the same types of questions. There’s no way to track what job applications I applied to. I have no visibility into the job search process. There’s no actual job board where I can look for roles. Their website doesn’t detect a few large companies i worked for, so formatting looks off. There’s no way to upload a simple thing such as a resume as achievements don’t describe the whole story. To add insult to injury the job postings on LinkedIn don’t even have the company name so I’m still in the dark about what I’m applying to but without any status update of any kind or the ability to even review the job post later, it all honestly feels like a waste of time.

Great Sales Community Bravado is a great community for top sellers. I haven't used the jobs feature but the community board consistently has engaging topics. For a remote worker, I think its essential to breathe some of these things so you can stay in the headspace of sales. You loose the water cooler talk and this helps a lot of it. Not to mention the great advice from the community

Bravado is like the Hotel California Bravado is like the Hotel California, you can check in any time you like but you can never leave. There is no way to delete your account online and their terms say that you have to give them 14 days written notice to delete your account. Unacceptable. What are they afraid of?
