Hope Been on here for 1 week. I am highly educated and have an excellent employment history and experience, skills, etc. I'm hoping this is a legit place to get hired, but if I don't receive even 1 acknowledgement from any of the 20 applications I have been qualified for within a reasonable amount of time, I'm going to have to move on. There are a lot of reviews here from employers saying how wonderful the platform is, but who are they hiring?

The Mom Project is fabulous The Mom Project is fabulous, I am so happy at Deloitte and hugely thankful for everything TMP does. Going back to work in the US after a 15 year stint in Paris has been daunting, but TMP has not only helped me with getting the work, but also to do so under my most important role of being a mother. I’m so very proud to tell my colleagues that I found my role thanks to TMP, especially because the question almost always gets followed up with “So, you must be a mom, then?” And I get to say yes. I couldn’t be happier because TMP lets me identify as a mom first 😊

The team was extremely talented and adept, providing top-notch customer service from beginning to end. They were quick to respond to all of my inquiries and went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly. I wholeheartedly recommend their services and am honored to have been a part of such an amazing program.

My first mentor was a bust which was… My first mentor was a bust which was really sad because, on our initial call, I was very excited to work with her. Nonetheless, my current mentor has been absolutely phenomenal. I feel like I have a plan and a direction.

ReDeployment Process Working for the client is not an issue at all. The issue is redeployment. When searching for a new position going through the redeployment process it is not really helpful. I would of thought that The Mom Project redeployment team would be more involved and invested. All I get is an email in which gives me updates I can see on my end.
