First time doing an international interview It was my first interview for an international company, and it was awesome. The recruiter asked essential things in an interview, always very clear and objective, making sure that the candidate was not left with any questions/doubts. I want to congratulate the entire team at Otter Labs for their quick responses. The platform is also pretty cool.

Easygoing interview The first approach went straight to the point and I got to schedule an interview fast, and easy. The interviewer was crystal clear about the open position, even though I was not a fit for the job, he communicated it very well. Felt very comfortable, it was a great interview overall.

Solid company Otterlabs has a solid recruitment process, very proactive team which is very valuable overall, also they just give the feedback on every instance of the process. Fun fact, they even did a LinkedIn audit to help me with a better profile.

A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one I had my first interview and to be honest, I expected a technical one and I was a little nervous. The interview was more to validate my postulation according to my profile, it was nice (despite my rusty English).
