Pressure Free Recruiter My recruiter has been transparent and respects and understands my needs without forcing me into something I wouldn’t be a fit for. Only frustration I’ve had has been with the company I interviewed at - they were ultimately looking for a candidate with a different skill set that wasn’t communicated to myself or the Elevano recruiter after my final interview. Would have provided 5 stars if this miscommunication could have been avoided and saved everyone time.
