Booster Project Tom M was super helpful with our booster project. He was very clear and made sure to answer all of our questions in a timely manner if he wasn't sure of the answer himself. He was very kind and ran through processes to a point where we were never confused. He was super transparent and honest throughout our entire experience.

Then I found Lever - it's like they read my mind every step of the way! What do I like? Ease of use - built from the perspective of a recruiter Fantastic implementation support (Mary is AMAZING and she knows her stuff!!!) Excellent and prompt customer service/support What do I dislike? Nothing When I have felt something was missing, I submitted to request and was either shown how to do it or was told it is currently being worked on. very progressive and growing system.

Recent switch from JazzHR We just finished our Lever implementation. We switched from JazzHR. Overall things went very smoothly, despite our implementation specialist leaving the company a week before our go-live date. Ally, our new IS was great and kept things moving. She gave us add'l time where needed and made sure our implementation went and smoothly as possible,
