Company came good After several emails, which were apparently going into The Boot Chamber’s junk mail box, and opening a case with PayPal (which I then closed), I did get a refund for the boots I returned. It helped that I paid £8+ for tracking with Evri and could prove they’d been received and signed for. I don’t feel the description of the boots on the website was detailed enough as we wouldn’t have got them in the first place had it been more clear what type of boots they were.
