GBI am a little disappointed I am a little disappointed. I have over the year brought many Chelsea tops and other items not always from the megastore but all the same I’ve spend a fortune on Chelsea things. The top I just brought for my wife the new home shirt arrive quickly which was pleasing but the clear plastic packaging was in a poor state, ripped which would suggest this shirt has been returned by someone else. I understand this could happen. My biggest disappointment is the blue pen mark on the white part of the shirt. This is unacceptable. We managed to get the mark off. I ask you just to be more careful Regards Steve

GB5 star easy 5 star easy. Despite all these negative reviews, I got my order today (10th) and I only ordered my items 2 days ago, estimated delivery was for the 15th and it's arrived 5 days early with NO faults. Great service and a few discount deals on the site. Ignore the negative reviews please it's rival fans with no life. I have been lucky that my items fit me, I do know it's a bit dear to send items back. Usually it's about 4 quid but I think it's more 5 quid with Chelsea portal. Again great service and lovely clothes. Ignore the negative "reviews" from rival fans.

GBSearch filters Search filters seemed to exclude things I would have thought should have been included. When I would try a different search the items were there. Maybe I just categorize things differently in my head!
