Then I ordered a jersey, had it customized and what I received was generic heat transfer letters and numbers. Before today, my items arrived and looked identical to the pictures on the site. Customer Service responded with canned comments. This is the end of my orders with this shop. There’s competitors that will be transparent and let you know if they can’t customize because of stock/availability reasons. For that reason alone, I’m out. Action has been taken against this company and they will be handled accordingly so they are held accountable and are not able to defraud any more innocent customers. All of their responses are generic and hold no value. Worst experience in all my online shopping experience. If you value your money that you work hard for - DO NOT use this company.
