Batsplus Great customer service Batsplus is great, I almost bought the same bat this year that I bought last year but with different skin thinking it was different. I know I know what a noob you are thinking… After I realized it was the same bat I reached out to batsplus to explain my error and they were very understanding and forgiving. They worked with me and we swapped the bat for a different one but this is where they earned my respect. I said “hey let’s just swap it for this bat valued at the same” but he said if you get this newer year bat it’s less money and pretty much the same as the 2021 version. He refunded me the difference and I got the bat in 2 days. I will continue to give batsplus my business.
