Great customer service Great customer service! The bat we ordered for our grandson’s birthday was obviously a “hot” item. Delivery was delayed since demand was exceeding supply. I had ordered the wrong glove and he had gotten back with me immediately after ordering it to fix it and communicate with me! He also made sure everything was right and even went out of his way to find me something that they didn't have right then and there! Great experience Great experience. I was able to pre-order my son’s bat during Black Friday. Even though it wasn’t promised before the holiday, it came yesterday. My son will be thrilled since he wasn’t expecting it until after the new year.

When Steve was having difficulties getting my helmet from the manufacturer, he took it upon himself to send me a different helmet in the meantime to protect my melon.
