GBthings I ordered got canceled due to a… things I ordered got canceled due to a bad inventory system and weren't actually on stock or that's what was explained to me when i called ... and while I thought you guys had it and was good then the other places I could have gotten it from ran out the money was refunded but it was the product I wanted ... the other items you actually did have in stock are now 4 days late on when you said they would be here ... your to big of an operation to operate like this ... this is a failure in all levels

GBI ordered a case of slow pitch… I ordered a case of slow pitch softballs for our coed team very last minute here in Alabama. I was very impressed with the delivery time as I paid for next day shipping and the softballs arrived hours before the game. Kelly's is always a go to now! Thank you so much!

GBI was extremely disappointed because I… I was extremely disappointed because I purchased a bat and I never let me know that the bat was in back order. I was under the impression the bat was available and I even paid for overnight delivery. I come to find out when I emailed them for the status of the order.

GBAdvanced Break-In Service not worth it Spent extra $30 for Advanced Break-In service for a new Senior Bat and did not notice any difference from stock one swung a few weeks ago (which made me want to get one). Very disappointed with that service.

GBYou didn’t have the product I ordered… You didn’t have the product I ordered and you cancelled the order a full week later so I couldn’t find the product elsewhere by the time I knew you weren’t able to fulfill my order.
