GBWrong CKX 16 mm cheek pads delivered! The 16 mm cheek pads I ordered for my CKX Mission Helmet were delivered three days late by the great USPS, which is terrible service. The pads were delivered final were for another CKX helmet model. Not sure where the mistake was made but Up North Sport made it my issue and took no responsibility for the error. Unfortunately I have to pay for shipping out and back on the wrong pads, and when the new cheek pads arrive at Up North Sport around 4/10/24. So to get the right pads my shipping cost will be over $30 for a &12 set of cheek pads. To add insult to injury the correct pads will not be delivered until late April. Not a good experience all the way around!

GBBig orders , no problem for UNS ! I purchased a bunch of new gear getting ready for 24-25 riding season and was not disappointed with my choice to go with UNS . From having lots of great brands and sizes (early bird gets the worm) , to super pricing I couldn't have been happier . I had to switch out the helmet due to wrong size , my fault , and the customer service was 100 % there to help resolve my issue . I am a repeat customer and this last purchase only proves to me how great a company UNS really is .
