There is a lot I don't know and when deciding on products it helps to have a partner in Box to help me make the right choices. I have never been disappointed by any of the products I have ordered.

Prime9 wins for durability and reliability Well packaged and delivered on time. The components are well made and durable. I prefer the Prime9 for the increased durability and wear resistance. I had this setup on my bike for about 5 years without issue. Highly recommend if you want things to work when it's time to ride.

Started disappointed, ended ecstatic. I bought a box 3 Prime 9 drivetrain and unfortunately the derailleur snapped. (I didn’t know that the 3 series was for lighter riding) I emailed the Box team for a warranty claim and Tomas Ovalle explained how the 3 prime 9 is for more beginner level riding. He then offered a free replacement, or %50 off a drivetrain of my choosing! Obviously I chose the discount. I now have a more durable drivetrain for a super cheap price. Box - whatever you’re paying Tomas, you should pay him more. That dude was awesome.
