I love the way that Creedmoor got on… I love the way that Creedmoor got on top of getting the order ready and out . Although shipping ammunition is always a pain to do , I was definitely disappointed in the shipping company (FedEx) who couldn’t decide if they were going to deliver the ammo or not? I live in a blue county in Texas and they just don’t like delivering ammunition in this area. It took them 4 days after it arrived at their processing facility with all kinds of excuses before they finally decided to deliver ( delayed, address not found, , package wasn’t loaded on delivery truck and delivery driver left early. Hopefully if I buy again Creedmoor will choose a different carrier than the above mentioned. I don’t seem to have any issues with their competitor when receiving ammo in this area.

Fantastic Customer Service! I’ve been very happy with the reloading products I’ve purchased from Creedmoor, but the customer service outshines the goods! I was having issues with the TRX-925 electronic scale and after a couple of emails and a phone call with their engineer, I had a replacement scale in the mail. I can’t imagine a better experience.
