1st purchase, but definitely will buy more! Firstly I read some of the reviews and was a little skeptical about ordering from here! I noticed they had several older styles and I decided to give it a go anyway (they offer PayPal so I used this for buyer protection, in case of any issue). The older style North Face jacket - Venture was ordered! I was informed about the process along the way. It arrived quickly to my USA address and arrived in original packaging with tags attached! So yes, brand new! The item is perfect. So I’m glad I ordered it from Bobs and I’m certainly looking to order again in the near future. They offer parcel protection which means you can track it all the way! The only thing that I didn’t like was the international postage costs were extortionate! I live in the uk (England) but I shipped it to my USA postal locker - they then forwarded it on to me at a third of the postage cost that Bobs were stating.
