Great Customer Service It is refreshing to buy from a company with excellent customer service. The outdoor ping pong table, paddles, and balls are all well made.

An expensive disappointment. First, they do not accept returns. Second, they tried to help fix the issue and that turned into a complicated process that we were not able to do. Too many parts and difficulty locating the parts in question. In the end, we ditched the table. It would not open or fold properly and the parts were made of plastic that had to hold the table in line. An expensive disappointment.

Great product. Communication, not so.. I got exactly the rubber that I wanted, and fast. The cust service person was friendly and efficient. But: My technical question was redirected a colleague, the expert, twice. First, when she was unsure about my question, and then the next day when he didn't contact me the first time. Never heard from him. I took a chance and ordered because preferred to start learning the new rubber ASAP.
