GBPoor Communication Was told AFTER part of my order shipped that the other item was on backorder. No response when I asked about wait time, and though I was given a timely refund, was told I now had to pay $7.95 shipping since my order total was under $75. Just a ridiculous situation.

GBUnreliable Product The practice numchaku are fine but the actual nunchaku mechanism failed within an hour. The chain bearing separated and rendered the device useless.
