GBI had a problem with my order I had a problem with my order. I called 3 times over two days but was never able to talk to a human, only automated voice systems. I left two voicemails on your automated system and never heard anything back. I since given up. I could’ve purchased mats from several different companies but I wanted to support my local business Dollamur. It’s unfortunate. Apparently I made a bad choice.

GBI wish there was a better way to apply… I wish there was a better way to apply the adhesive glue to the edges of the mat tape for permanent installation. Or just taper the tape edges so no glue was necessary.😩🙏🏻

GBThe color didn’t match my current mats… The color didn’t match my current mats and they are the same brand and “color” my light gray mats are in fact light gray. This last purchase the “light gray” mat is light purple in color. Return policy is terrible so I’m stuck having to sell the mat on fb marketplace

GBMy mats were damaged in a flooded… My mats were damaged in a flooded basement. David was very helpful in getting me a replacement quote for my insurance company as well as helping find some to match the existing ones that didn’t get damaged. 5 stars
