GBSolid cart with some flaw in quality of materials used in parts I have been using Stewart Q follow for 2 years. What I like the most about the cart is its solid base. The cart never flipped or fell on one side regardless of the surface and terrain. The cart protects my clubs, which is the most important feature for me. Many other golf carts would flip and fall on one side very often. What I think Stewart can improve is the selection of materials of the parts. The materials are too flimsy. The handle, the wheels, etc broke very easily and needed frequent replacement. The umbrella holder is quite useless because it cannot hold an umbrella without making the cart too unbalanced. The service department is very responsive and provided solutions to all my concerns. They stand behind their product and try to make everything right. Thank you for helping me with the repair. I hope they would select more durable materials for their next generation of the Q follow.

GBRepair completed easy. My trolley had a malfunctioning handle piece. Stewart sent a replacement part under warranty and I installed after watching a UTube video. Part was shipped promptly and the repair is done and trolley is working.

GBI have sent 2 emails about a defective… I have sent 2 emails about a defective unit and no response. I purchased this cart in December and immediately the remote was defective (they fixed it) after 2 rounds the cart broke (sent in for repair and received). Again the unit worked for 2 rounds and is not following again. No response from the customer service team about this issue.

MXMakala was the best person I've ever… Makala was the best person I've ever worked with on a customer service issue with any company. Replacing my re-conditioned cart with a new one was awesome.
