GBI have sent 2 emails about a defective… I have sent 2 emails about a defective unit and no response. I purchased this cart in December and immediately the remote was defective (they fixed it) after 2 rounds the cart broke (sent in for repair and received). Again the unit worked for 2 rounds and is not following again. No response from the customer service team about this issue.
