Terrible customer service became great customer service I received a tracking number that was canceled a couple hours later. Can't reach customer service by phone or email. Just trying to find out if the order was canceled or if there will be another tracking number. Edit: Customer Service reached out to me and explained the situation. I was given different options and I chose the best one for me. I had the helmet in my hands 2 days later. The helmet feels good, not too heavy, but definitely not a bump helmet. It feels like my old Army helmet.

Overall super comfortable helmet Overall super comfortable helmet, have wore it for multiple hours straight and never got uncomfortable, wish I would’ve had one of these issued to me. Pads are super soft and also don’t squish out.

Little late guys..... I placed an order with this company last July. I called to confirm that the helmet and upgrade kit I wanted were in stock before placing the order because I have heard that their website inventory was habitually off. They sent the helmet itself fairly quickly, but the upgrade kit took 8 months to get to me. String of emails and calls for months. They did offer to refund the upgrade kit, which I refused because I wanted to see just how long it was going to be before it made it to me (If ever). If they had just been honest with me about lead times when I called, or if they had sent me some extras with the package when it finally shipped. I could possibly forgive the situation, but as it stands I can't. Long story short, I can't recommend this company to anyone. Edit The day after I posted this review, the CEO reached out to me to correct the issue I've had over the past eight months. We were able to come to a reasonable solution. I was left behind before, but with his attention I do not believe it will happen again. I will be purchasing a few items from them in the coming weeks. I will edit this again and let you know how it goes.

After a week of no shipping… After a week of no shipping confirmation, i had to contact them to find out they didnt have the color i ordered. Then after choosing a different color they took almost another week to ship that. So much for "Order before noon for same day shipping".
