PSA is EXCELLENT quality at a GREAT PRICE!!! I have purchased several firearms and accessories from PSA over the last couple of years! The latest being a full size dagger, all black with a chameleon threaded barrel! To say that I love all of the guns and other items I've purchased is a great understatement! The quality is second to none, customer service is excellent (you don't get the runaround with the automated stuff). I'm amazed that you get such a great product at an even greater price point! Their quality vs. price is unmatched! I'm a forever fan and customer of PSA! I trust my life to their guns and products! My edc is my dagger.....hands down the best pistol I've ever owned, and I own several different "higher priced" brands! PSA, thank you for focusing on your customers and not just on profit! Your fan base is growing substantially!

My latest purchase from PSA was pretty quick and easy. My latest purchase from PSA was pretty much like all the others over the past years. The order was received in just a few days. The price I paid was a bargain. The gun I bought was a quality firearm that was shipped with no problems. Really, I've never had a problem with anything that I've purchased from PSA.

Ordered a full case of 9mm ammo which… Ordered a full case of 9mm ammo which should have been 20 boxes with 50 rounds in each smaller box. Case sized box arrived but was very light and rattled very loudly when shaken. Found only 7 smaller boxes inside, 2 of which had broken open and spilled everywhere. There was no packing material or the usual PSA sticker in the box either. Box did not look beat up or retaped so i asdume it left PSA this way. 150 dollars worth of lost product!

Super Quick Response FFL had an issue with transfer paperwork. Regina called, Emailed paperwork and the issue was cleared within 30 minutes. She is personable and professional at the same time. PSA makes quality products and seems to hire good people.

A PAIN IN THE ASS I had 2 orders with this company one for a IWI ZIon M81 woodland which arrived with a blemish. The other order was a PSA lower and it did not have the fire control spring installed. When I talked with Wanda Marie from customer service she said, "We are just human." Also this company sued Ikon weapons in 2022 and after they took all the possession stole my Savior weapons' case which I still have not been able to recover with from Palmetto State Armory.
