Poor fulfillment process and credit card was charged. I purchased a kayak seat only to get a cancellation email 6 days later that item was not available! In this day and age, their inventory system should not sell and charge a consumer's credit card if there is not sufficient supply. 6 days is too long to hold onto $$ and is an inconvenience. The company did issue a refund and apology on the 6th day after initial order.

Literally one 1 left in the right color. Purchased online. Went very smoothly. Was shipped from Florida to New Hampshire. I was kept up to date on shipping. It arrived perfectly.
