There was a stock problem with the item I ordered first (AT 12k Arena 2023) but they offered me different alternatives (AT 12k 2024 or Nox Tempo 2023) in order to agree on a solution (which we did, and I am really happy about it). I have not tried the product yet (I decided to go with the Tempo) but it seems to be ok.

One stop satisfaction! We ordered 3 racquets, 4 cans of balls & two bags for our racquets. Everything arrived on time in one box pristinely. Customer service was wonderful. The racquets we wanted were very popular hence often out of stock. We were on a waiting list and were impressed that we were promptly notified when they were back in stock and further that our “1st time order customer discount” was still honored when ordering 3 racquets!
