I paid the mandatory $250 delivery fee then when it came time to actually shipping the four wheeler to me they said I was outside of their delivery area even though it clearly states on the website that they deliver everywhere in the United States, and asked for another $200 to deliver. And result being my son did not get the quad for his birthday.

GBThe only reason I did not pick 5 stars… The only reason I did not pick 5 stars is because of the ATV itself. It was received with 2 flat tires which is really no big deal, but one of them had to be brought to our Mechanic because the core of the stem valve had to be reseated. I was told by someone at KM motorsports that I had to explain this through another email and that it might take up to 30 days to have this resolved. This ATV is for one of my grandkids birthday, and we could not wait that long. So we had to pay our mechanic to fix it, and the ATV hasn’t even been used yet.

GBI ordered a four wheeler to go to as… I ordered a four wheeler to go to as different address then the billing address provided proper ID military and state and it was flagged so if I had to rate you it would be you guys suck. And if you don’t have people to answer the phone in customer service why have a web site?
