She was very thorough to make sure our equipment fit perfectly and got us on the slopes quickly. Our plans changed and they were accommodating throughout. No worries with ski butler.

This was such a great service, especially if traveling with kids - no need to stand in line at the rental store or have to carry your equipment anywhere. We were extremely pleased that we chose to use Ski Butlers. We were Skiing Northstar at Tahoe in early March.

These guys are awesome!! These guys are awesome. They deliver and pick up. They will come and make changes if/when you need them. They are compassionate and will refund for days not skied, whatever the reason. I cannot find anything negative to say about them at all. Their rates are reasonable and I highly recommend them for your equipment rental needs.

Make your ski/ride rental stress free! Have been renting for 3 seasons from ski butler and have been delighted every single time. If there was ever a problem they showed up immediately to rectify the situation. Staff are all amazing, Kathleen, kailyn, Zach, and Tyler made our trip so easy with our big family and complicated order.
