Thank you!! Due to inexperience on my part, I was 10 days away from an ocean water swim event and didn’t have a wetsuit. By the time I heard back from the company supplying wetsuits for the race I was 5 days out. A friend recommended I try your website. Not ever wearing a full body suit before, I was so afraid it wasn’t going to fit OR arrive in time. Not only did my wetsuit fit, arrive in time but I got a personal note from Kristen wishing me luck in my race. Thank you so much for the fabulous experience!!

Order, customer service, and product all great Came a day early, fit great, wetsuit in good condition (a couple small nicks that had been patch, to be expected). Found a super small tear in the wrist (didn't affect wetsuit performance at all) and I emailed them to make sure I wouldn't get charged since it was already there. Received a prompt response assuring me I was all good and wishing me luck in the race. The handwritten sticky included in the package was a nice personal touch :)

Great service Great service, well done. The wetsuit showed up early as promised, it was a good product, fit me nice, and the whole process was communicated well and easy. One less thing to worry about as I was stressing over my first tri. If the purchase price was lower I would of considered a purchase. I just thought it was too much. Overall a great experience and would recommend this service to anyone considering a wetsuit rental.

Excellent experience and customer service! First experience renting a wetsuit anywhere (I have zero wetsuit experience of any kind) and it was so simple. When I swam in it the first time I realized it was too big and I was only 7 days out from my Triathlon. I called and there had been a mix up which they corrected immediately and sent me a new one that arrived 2 days later. They even sent me a new return pouch so I could return both together making it easier for me. I will definitely use them again.
