Replacement Part Sent a message to customer service about a replacement seat post for a bike I bought ages ago, now discontinued. Response was so quick, I assumed it was an automated reply saying they had received my message, but it was customer service guy, Alan, who set me up with exactly what I needed. GreenZoneIfied!!! I purchased and installed the 26 inch Electric Bike conversion kit on my "Franken-bike" yesterday and have been riding nonstop ever since lol Talk about FUN! Excellent ebike kit I have been using my GreenZone ebike kit for over 18 months on a Rans Fusion with no complications or difficulties whatsoever. It provides just the assist I need when I want to ride longer, or uphill. Installation was straight-forward, I never run out of battery power and the few times I have needed counsel Alan provides it quickly. As I get older--now over 80-- GreenZone has made it feasible for me to continue to ride several thousand miles a year.

Fold up tandem The quality of this bike far exceeded my expectations for the price. Communication with green zone is excellent. I received assembly instructions via email and with the bike. Assembly was a breeze even with modest knowledge of bike maintenance. We have limited space in our apartment. This tandem folds down shorter than my Trek road bike. Thank you Green Zone!

My wife and I are vacationing in… My wife and I are vacationing in Florida and one of the pedals on our GreenZone bike broke. I called the company, paid a small price for a replacement pedal, and then received the pedal all within four days. Excellent customer service! Love the two bikes we purchased three days ago. We were able to pack both bikes in the truck of our car and use them frequently here in Florida.
