Pro board is AAAA++++ Great purchase! I was hesitant to get the Pro board for my 13 year old daughter, who is just an intermediate surfer, but she really likes it and is getting better on it all the time. Highly recommend!

Core workout I’m 52 years old, not particularly athletic and I can do this with the roller on day one. It’s super fun and challenging. I feel it’s a great core workout that can help me stay strong and make me more confident on my SUP.
