Glad I chose Viper The bat was ordered, produced and delivered in less than a week. I had a question about my order and called to make sure there was no confusion on my part and the Viper Representative made an adjustment to my order and provided additional information about the model I ordered. The bat has not been used yet but it looks great. Can’t wait to use it.

Always happy with Viper bats Always happy with Viper bats. They always go above an beyond and exceed expectations. As a League we use Viper because they are durable, dependable and beautiful. We also use Viper Trophy bats to honor our retiring board members when they have served over a decade. Personally in our house we also use custom Viper bats. When other players see you blasting balls with that big league sound they get Bat envy real quick. Growing up on wood taught my son to be a sweet-spot hitter from the start, it's paying off big time now.

The bats are great The bats are great. The model profile is as described. The finish is pristine. However the bats are all drop 3. To heavy for my boy to use. Being marketed as a youth bat I would have hopped -5 or lighter . He will use them as practice bats and I will get others for the game. UPDATE: Chris at Viper bats reached out to me immediately after reading my review and offered to send me new ones with the correct weight drop. That's outstanding customer service. I'll add another update to my review once i receive the bats. Thanks Chris!

Ordered a bat because i heard they are… Ordered a bat because i heard they are excellent quality. Went through the process. Picked out the bat and all features then on to payment. After the transaction was finished i never got a confirmation email or id number so now i can't check the status of my order. Update: very quick response and very helpful!!

Not only is this a fantastic bat but... Not only is this a fantastic bat but Viper’s customer service is second to none. The 243L has great balance and really add that little extra pop I’m looking for! I like a little extra top weight and this bat offers that without being top heavy. All of my emails were answered instantly and the bats arrive before their expected delivery date. Great company! I’ll be buying Viper bats moving forward.
