Great customer service and produxt I ordered four golf trophies and the customer representative was engaged with me from day - I sent a logo in that had to be converted to an EPI file and I gave them the creativeness to revise the logo and they got it right the first time. Clock Golf Trophy I recently ordered a "large" size clock trophy. I received an email informing me that the only size available was the small. I accepted the small (which is a very good size) and they adjusted the pricing. They then sent me a proof of the lettering which was not exactly what I wanted. I requested changes and they made them accurately and sent me another proof. All communication (email) was pleasant and prompt. The final product and lettering quality was excellent. The turnaround time was very quick.
