XDeep I have been researching the purchase of a new Tech. BCD for awhile now and liked what I read about the new XDeep NX Project BCD. Not many dealers in the USA just yet. However I did find Tec Dive Gear and I am glad that I did. Response to my inquiries about the XDeep was always timely. SJ was quick to respond both by email and phone. Need Sidemount gear for diving? I needed a new sidemount rig and did not know much about it. The guys at Tec Dive Gear were extremely helpful and patient. Haven’t had to return anything, but have called to make changes to my orders and their customer service was spot on and took care of my issue right away. Will definitely use them, and refer them moving forward.

First timer, wrong product quickly rectified with great service Ordered the expandable XDeep dive pouch but received the smaller version. One email rectified the issue with the correct product sent promptly and with commitment to refund return shipping costs. Go pro lighting set rental Excellent communication. Timely Priority mail delivery. Lights are very good. Just be aware that the lighting set is quite neg buoyant so I had to drop lots of weight.
