Needed a new cable made for my lat pull-down attachment Needed a new cable made for my lat pull-down attachment on an older, discontinued bench and CFE delivered! In fact I dropped off the attachment to determine the proper length & diameter of the cable and before I got home I received an email letting me know the job was completed! Awesome company & lots of great equipment.

Do not do business here! They were ok until I called to cancel an order that they hadn’t provided a delivery date for, that’s when I was told, by the way we’re charging you a 20% restocking fee; a fee that I never heard of until I called to cancel; not posted in their warehouse, on their website, on the invoice nor in any conversations until you decide to cancel. Bad business dealings. What good company surprises people with a fee that they pull out of their hat when it suits them.

The staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish, and we are very pleased with our Keiser M3i cycle. Also, the more research we do, even after the purchase, the more comfortable we are that we made the best decision on the right product!
