I was impressed about how quickly my order was processed and shipped out, and the tracking service of the status of my shipment was very helpful! The sandals that I ordered came in great condition and even faster than originally projected. It was a win all over!

Item as advertised but very slow to ship Item was advertised in stock; yet it took well over a week before they shipped, then another week for delivery so close to 3 weeks between order and delivery. A very long time in the age of 2-3 day delivery. Item was as advertised and packed well.

Nice customer service. I didn't contact them, they contacted me. I haven't received my shoes yet (they are on their way) but they called to double check the sizing because they are a men's size but look a little feminine and they just wanted to make sure I ordered the correct size. I thought that was very nice of them.
