There is a range of reasons why I purchased a paddle from PB Pro. One important reason, their very available customer service. My online and phone experiences were friendly, honest and refreshing. Many companies are short on the phone and others choose not to respond online. There are so many pickle ball companies, but PB Pro's staff sold me on their genuine belief in pickle ball community and the game itself.
