Purchase and shipping was great Purchase and shipping was great. The can am 12 gallon storage box overall is decent quality. The two linq points connect nice and tight but the rear of the box doesn't have a linq connection. You are provided with two hooks that I'm assuming (no instructions at all) you attach to the rear of the box and hook around the atv rack. Didn't work... It also comes with a small piece of metal with a couple holes in it which I was able to tuck under the atv rack and send bolts up into the rear of the box to secure it but I was forced to drill hole in something that was intended to be plug and play...

Our great experience! We thought we had ordered the correct front bumper. When it arrived and found it wasn’t we contacted them. Immediately they had the correct one shipped to us and it arrived within 1-2 days! They are very helpful and courteous. We would recommend them highly.

The helmet arrived quicker than I… The helmet arrived quicker than I expected and was a bit too small for me even though I ordered the 2x extra large. I also thought it was a modular helmet. It was ok though my wife can wear it and she wants to take the chin bar off so it's good. We haven't ridden yet so how she likes it when riding will be later. It is a very light helmet which surprised me also.

Womans ski vest is great! Womans ski vest is great! Not bulky like many of the others I purchased and returned. Top of shoulders are thin. Doesn't creep up! Sides are a stretchy material so gives that extra room you need sometimes; just tighten belts. Black and white so the guys don't mind wearing it if you have a friend along that needs to borrow it! That's a bonus!!

Accessories Recently I have ordered several accessories for my new Can-Am Outlander. The part I ordered from Ski-Doo was compatible with my G2L frame. This accessory was unavailable from any Can-Am vendors that I could find, even BRP. I received status updates on my order, shipping and expected delivery date. I won't mention names, but I've ordered parts from another vendor that charged my account right away and I still don't have those parts, nor do I know the status. Excellent job Ski-Doo. Ya'll know how to do business.
