Great service I was debating between a few different cues, so I called the customer service line. The representative was very knowledgeable and helped me decide. I ended up ordering a Outlaw 19 oz cue and a outlaw 21 oz break cue (with a free case). Then a day later I was contacted with shipping updates, and my cues showed up earlier than expected. I will definitely be using them again.

Mislead in order Mislead in order I ordered what appeared to be a pack of 4 rubber shims, as shown in the image. When the package arrived, I received 1 rubber shim. I was disappointed in the misleading marketing and will have to go buy the 3 remaining shims from another place.
