GBI was not getting my product to work I was not getting my product to work. I sent an email to the gunner support team and within a few hours I was notified. I was given the opportunity to view a video and watch a link which was on my email as a response to a solution to my problem and yes my problem was instantly resolved. I will buy and recommend products from this company. Very reliable and I didn't have to wait days or hours for a response. Thank you Gunner Gear!

GBFRAUD I received a fraud alert from my credit card company regarding a charge to Gunner Gear. I reported the charge as fraudulent as I have never heard of this company/website. I then received an email with an order number from Gunner Gear. I called multiple times, the number is a bogus recording that will not allow you to reach a person. I have emailed them regarding the number being fraudulent but have also disputed with credit card company. I believe someone at the company is responsible for the theft of my cc number. EDIT: This website claims to have no info but I have emailed them directly with zero response.

GBI purchased the 2 in 1 stun gun but… I purchased the 2 in 1 stun gun but there were no instructions that came with the product. I emailed the company and they emailed me the instructions which were very helpful plus there’s a YouTube video that someone posted reviewing the product. I’ve never owned a stun gun with the launchers before and so far I really like it. I hope that it’s super effective when the time comes for me to use it lol

GBWe have been using Gunner Gear products… We have been using Gunner Gear products for the past few years up at our military boarding home, during deployment/animal rescue at 9400ft in altitude in the Rocky Mountains.
