Gunner Gear customer support are awesome!!! I recently made purchase on the Gunner Gear website, the next day I saw the same item on ebay that was considerably priced lower. I emailed Wintney at Gunner Gear customer support with the info I got on ebay. Witney told me to just return my items for a full refund if that was what I chose to do. It was to be a what I consider a decent savings for this item. Anyway I'm taking her up on her offer to return my purchase. What a refreshing experience to receive customer support at this level. I will definitely be a future customer for my firearm needs. Thank you Witney for your stellar service.

Refund for unwanted add on items I had purchased a blue light laser and belt clip. I rejected 3 other add on items. My account was charged for the 3 add on items. Within a few hours of submitting an email to Gunner Gear, to my amazement, the refund had posted to my account! No company, online or box store, has ever refunded funds disputed, unordered items. I am a happy customer for life!

I was given the opportunity to view a video and watch a link which was on my email as a response to a solution to my problem and yes my problem was instantly resolved. Stun gun email help I want to let anyone know Gunner Gear is LEGIT ! Ordered a stun gun, got it in a timely manner. Took out of box and charged it overnight. Next day tried to work it but it didn't work. Contacted GG thru email about the problem and within 5 min received an email telling me how to fix it and a video showing me how. I've had an awesome experience with GG. Thanks !!!

Their blades in the club are very good… Their blades in the club are very good quality. It's a bargain for sure because if I was to buy them all separately I'd have paid nearly double what the club has cost me. If you're an avid blade collector, don't hesitate hooking up with their club. By the way, the last knife, the A Trench is really freaking awesome!
