While the delivery time was a wee bit… While the delivery time was a wee bit too long, the cups were definitely worth the wait and did not disappoint!! I LOVED MY CUPS and were EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THEM!! I did have to reach out to customer service due to the shipping time; but Jennifer in Customer Service was extremely sweet and very helpful! I will definitely order again!

Cracking/crumbling coating on first use I bought my water tracker bottle a good time ago; maybe a year/year and half ago. I had never yet used it; it's been in a kitchen cabinet all this time with my other travel mugs. I was travelling this weekend and remembered I had my 64Hydro water tracker and was very excited-it would be perfect for my trip! I used it Saturday without issue. Sunday... the coating felt puffy and started cracking and crumbling into my hands. I'm so very disappointed and do hope there's a way to either get another one in hopes for better quality this time or, be refunded. I worry though that it's been so long now and not having a copy of my order receipt, nothing will be done. I have reached out to them via Facebook messenger. We shall see.

Beautifully crafted I enjoyed seeing the large variety of tumblers. It was difficult to limit my purc b as. I literally found something for everyone. They arrived just as advertised. Packaged well and arrived in a timely manner. As these are gifts, I can't yet attest to the product longevity. They do feel pretty sturdy.

Finally delivered Satisfied immensely with products (bags) and packaging.. Incurred extra costs as intended recipients no longer holidaying with me so had to send on to them. The delivery process far too long. Presently waiting on another order from this company. Very hesitant to order again due to long wait for purchases

Love the personalized wine tumbler Communications are very good with updates on when and where shipment is. The item was well wrapped and protected, as well as the box labelled fragile. The wine tumbler was very cute and the personalization outstanding! I sent 3 of the same to 3 different friends - so far 2 of us received item and two other are in transit! Thank you!
