Great Experience !!! My Point of Contact: Shane, coached me well for my interview. Followed up with me pre interview, across several media platforms. If the call is from Percy, give them your time. When the call from Percy came in I didn't recognize who it was from but decided to give a listen. I am glad I did. The several calls I have had elevated my idea of what experience with a recruiter could be. My credential may or may not qualify for the position they were filling, but they took time to see if it could be a fit for the position and had genuine curiosity and genuine engagement with me. They are purposeful, intentional, but with a true desire to know the person they are calling and not just the skill sets. Their manner alone made me feel that what they were presenting would be worth looking at. They represented the hiring company well in the process.
