Works really well, until it falls apart. I am an avid gym go-er and I have purchased gripads on a few occasions, in total I've used 5 pairs. Every single pair lasted no more than 6 months before the inner padding ripped apart. Perhaps you would expect to have them worn down over excessive use though buying them every 6 months seems more like a hassle.

My lone issue with the company is that I don't recall getting a shipping comfirmation e-mail. Other than that, I'm completely satisfied.

Having x-large hands grip pads fit just fine. With the attachments for fingers you will not be misplacing during your work outs. Will be replacing our foam rubber lifting pads currently in use.
