They have even told me, from a photo I submitted, the thread size for a shaft that I needed. Another time, they even recommended a square 3x6 leatherette case that fit a small pool hall locker, which left me very pleased. I would strongly recommend Seybert's Billiards for the avid and advanced pool player.

Got a Good deal... I received a great deal on the shooting gloves I purchased. The prices for many items are generally in line with other billiards retailers. But if you search, you can find a few good deals here.

Saving a classic On several occasions Seybert's employees have gone out of their way to do it better. One example was I have a limited edition Predator that was damaged by an accident that snapped off the end of the cue. Repair was done by Seybert staff, so we salvage an old classic. That is just one example of the fine service they have, not to mention products.

I bought a road line predator from… I bought a road line predator from Seyberts a year and a half ago. It Had a loose sound in it. Gunner the sales rep walked me through the warranty process. I contacted predator and they couldn't fix it so they said they would replace it. However they didn't have my cue and the only option was a different model which I didn't prefer. I called Gunner back he told me to take the model they offered me and he got approval from Rick and got me an upgraded cue from my original cue. How's that customer service ! 👍
