Stealthily Substitute My Order I ordered a pair of Burton Women's BOA Felix Snowboots in Blue/Gray from Dreamruns, they put a pair of Limelight Snowboots inside of the shoebox of Felix and shipped to me. After receiving the wrong item, I immediately contacted my shipping courier for camera footage, and provided all the evidence to Dreamruns. No apology or reasonable solution, Dreamruns would only refund if I return the item on my own costs, and then never replied. Ridiculous inventory mgmt and customer service, customer should never pay for their fault, not to mention their staff could've been benefiting from such stealthily substitutes for times.

Not satisfied I ordered a lens replacement weeks ago and haven't received it yet. I'm leaving tonight for a snowboard trip and I'm not pleased with how long it has taken to arrive.
