I had trouble getting my certificate to… I had trouble getting my certificate to count with the state and the customer service agent, Harrison was less than not helpful. I plan on working to effectively cancel your good standing with Minnesota DNR

Wait times were wayyyy too long Wait times on the pages were wayyyy too long. For example, a page that takes 15 seconds to read which basically says don’t use a snowmobile while under the influence makes me wait a minute and a half before moving on. In addition, some on the information in the videos is repeated on another page, making you wait twice. The course took 3 hours but if it weren’t for the unnecessary wait times I could probably have completed it in 1.5-2.

Super convenient!! Super convenient. Much better than having to sit in a classroom for hours. Took me about 3 hours from the start to printed license in my hand.

Great program This was a great course for my kids to take. The content was easy to understand and informative. There were a few question on the final exam that were a bit wordy for my 12 year old to understand, but was able to grasp the concept of what was being asked through the responses given. This was a great help for my 12 and 14 yr olds to become better operators.
